Dental Extractions Lab
​
This course teaches indications for dental extractions and different helpful extraction techniques and tips in the canine & feline patient.
Complete Dental Prophy Lab
​
This course covers what is included in a complete dental prophy from start to finish. A proper oral exam, dental prophylaxis, dental charting and recommended home care instructions.

The Basics of Periodontal Therapy Lab
This course is an in-depth look into the different stages of periodontal disease and treatment options for these stages. In lab, the use of perioceutics (ex. Doxirobe) and different bone grafting materials will be utilized.
Dental Radiology Lab
​
This course teaches indications for using dental radiology in your practice and how to recognize oral pathology. This includes a lab on how to properly position for optimal dental radiographs.
Dental Radiology In-House Education
​
We can come to your clinic to train staff on dental radiology: indications, recognizing oral pathology, and positioning techniques using your x-ray system.
In-House Consulting
We are available to help give ideas of how to set up a good dental program at your clinic & to discuss equipment and space layout.

​Drs. Duncan & Romig created Dental VETS to further educate Veterinary Professionals about Veterinary Dentistry. We offer multiple weekend courses (that include wetlabs), so that the participant can immerse themselves in learning the different aspects of veterinary dentistry and bring that knowledge back to their clinics and help their patients.

Dentistry is such an integral part of Veterinary Medicine and has a large impact on patient overall health and comfort, yet we are not exposed to much dental education in Veterinary School or Tech School.
We offer a number of veterinary dental courses and labs; however, if there is a topic in veterinary dentistry that you would like more knowledge about, please let us know.
